Advanced Credit Card Payment - Recommended

Registration closes 2 days prior to field trip date. Pay with a credit card at time of purchase for smoothest entry.

Day of Check Payment - Reserve Option

Registration closes 4 days prior to field trip date. Pay with a check at the main gate upon arrival to the State Fair.

The Ed Expo Registration is specifically for school groups.

Wristbands are for the unlimited ride wristband and do not include admission.

- Register for your tickets if you are paying now with card
This is recommended and will save time in lines, so you have your tickets at the gate!

- Reserve your tickets if you are paying at the gate with check. Checks can be made out to State Fair of Virginia.

*School groups are expected to pay for the total amount of the reserved ticket order. You will pick up your tickets at the main gate ticket booth.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 or 4 days before your trip.

Tickets will not run out before Sept. 25.

Day of ticket changes to orders are NOT allowed.

2024 Prices:

Students = $8
Day Ride Wristbands for Students (good for one day, until 4 PM) = $20
- OR buy a reloadable ride card with ride credits at the fair *does not include admission*
