State Fair Vendors

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the 2025 State Fair of Virginia! The State Fair sees an estimated 240,000-250,000 people in ten days.

Applications for the 2025 State Fair of Virginia, September 26 - October 5, are now available.

Please use the concessions manual below for demographic and pricing information from 2024. The 2025 manual will be uploaded at a later date.

2025 Vendor Applications

Food Vendor Application- Applicants will be notified of their application status by April 15, 2025.

Indoor Vendor Application - Applicants will be notified of their application status by April 15, 2025.

Outdoor Vendor Application - Applicants will be notified of their application status by April 15, 2025.

Artisan Market Vendor Application - Applicants will be notified of their application status by April 15, 2025.

Please note that vendors will only receive emails from a State Fair of Virginia/Meadow Event Park employee with a valid email address. If an email address looks suspicious, please contact our Manager of Vendor Sales and Rental Services Assistant immediately at 804-994-2830.
