Taste of Virginia is a great opportunity to experience flavors from each corner of Virginia! Featured celebrity chefs, local farmers, distillers, and vinters are working together to bring you authentic Virginia bites! Tim Smith, as seen of Discovery Channel's Moonshiners, will feature tastings of his moonshine. Chef Tanya Cauthen, owner of Belmont Butchery and a 2017 winning contestant on Food Network’s CHOPPED, will be using her butchery skills to present a grass-fed wagyu beef haunch from Studley Farms, along with a side of pepper and onion compote sunshine potato salad! Chef Steve Glenn, as seen on FOX TV's Hell's Kitchen, is culinary director of The Underground Kitchen. Kelly Turkey's, of Albemarle County, will supply the turkey necks needed for his Caribbean Jerk Turkey Necks! Chef Sarabeth Hagen of SB's Lakeside Love Shack will make her fan favorites "Knock a lil Louder Sugar" buns and "Tin Roof Rusted" hash!
